PRAYER TO MY HEAVENLY FATHER

FOR HELP TO EAT HEALTHY

 

Dear Father in Heaven,  the Only True God!!  Please help me to remember to eat  for health, so I can take care of the temple you  gave me to live in.  I realize that I cannot be of  much help to you, in the ministry if I don’t feel well.  My Mom had a saying:

 

Sitting still and wishing makes no person

Great, The Lord provides the fishing, but,

You must dig the Bait!!

 

Father please help me to remember to make healthy, cell nourishing, juice daily.  Help me  to make whole wheat muffins, breads and cakes, using honey in place of sugar, or sometimes maple syrup or sorghum molasses.

Father help me to eat more vegetables and   less meat.  I have read that when a person goes  on a fast or just eats only protein for a few days,  that this causes the excess fat to be used up by  the body, and that this causes the brain to operate more efficiently because it works better utilizing the body’s fat versus using the fat from say donuts or pastries.

Father I realize that if I burn the right kind of fat, and get live enzymes through juicing or raw vegetables and fresh fruit my memory and ability to think clearly will greatly improve.
