OPPOSE AB 1634

(Genocide of Mutts, Heinz 57' and Mixed Breed Animals and Cats)

It did not pass in Sacramento, so they are trying to enforce it in every city in California.

This month January 2008 they are trying to pass it again.

All dogs and cats, in the state of California, are to be spayed or neutered by the age of four months old!   Dogs or cats you own, older than four months, must be spayed or neutered also!!  The exceptions will be people who can afford to pay the extortion like fees to become exempt and  heavily licensed breeders of registered purebreds, and these will have to prove their bloodlines and pay much higher fees to stay in business.  In a very short time all mixed breed dogs and cats will become extinct!  Will California pet owners be allowed to vote on this invasive genocide of dogs and cats?!

Shelter Populations will increase! – Most animals in California shelters are there because their owners do not keep their animals fenced in, and might not be as responsible for  their animals as most of us are, and the majority in shelters are  feral cats who do not have owners. But for those people whose animals were accidently let out of their yard, or escaped, pray they wind up in a shelter as this will give you a little more time to find them.  If they wind up in a dogpound, check there before three days or your cat or dog will be killed. (euthanized)   If AB 1634 passes, these animals and hundreds of thousands more will wind up in California shelters and dogpounds. This occurs when owners of healthy pets resist the governments intrusion into their private yards and homes forcing them to”fix” their pets that they do not see a need to, and when people who  cannot afford,  to comply with the draconian measures demanded by AB 1634.  Dogpounds will be working around the clock to kill (euthanize) the vastly increased overload! This will require more staff.  If your dog or cat is lucky enough to wind up in a shelter they will need more facilities, more staff and more of your money.  As for the argument that there is an increase in cats and dogs leading to an overpopulation of them, this is ridiculous. Read the book “Redemption” by Nathan J. Winograd who is a Shelter expert, and who opened the first truly NoKill Facility in New York.  He says dog and cat overpopulation is a myth.  The problem is getting people, which vastly outnumber dogs and cats to adopt and extra dog or two or three.  As a result dogpounds  kill over 5 million dogs and cats each year. There has been a 52 percent  increase in the human population of California over the last 25 years,(just look at the traffic on freeways and busy streets) with a corresponding 74 percent drop in the number of dogs and cats being put to death.  Furthermore 70 percent of animals put to death are feral cats!  There will be a huge increase in the number of dogs and cats killed if AB 1634 passes!!

Enforcing AB 1634 will bring huge profits to greedy cities and counties and extreme misery to YOU this affects!– Every local jurisdiction in California will gladly increase staff to enforce AB 1634. Enforcement alone will bring in millions to greedy local governments.  If you fail to comply the police will pay you a visit and confiscate your “unfixed” dogs and cats.  As this bill is presently written you will be fined $500.00 for each animal! You will not get your animals back, unless you comply with their demands and get your pets “fixed”!  Most likely you will not be able to afford the fines and the cost of ‘fixing’ your pets and they will euthanize (kill) your pets!  You risk being arrested,  tasered or shot as you beg and  plead with them, and then try to prevent them from taking  your beloved pets!  You are now a criminal and  are placed under arrest!  More guards will be needed.  Lawyers, judges and all connected with law enforcement will see a huge increase in profits from these new criminals.  Another reason to build more jails and prisons, which will provide even more jobs.  Creating another ‘crop’ of criminals is their job-security! The harvest will be great for those who want complete control of us!  Please alert everyone you can to their evil plan!

No Protection from the Constitution of the United States.  We are realizing that the “New World Order” is gaining in their monstrous effort to remove the citizens of California away from the protection given to us under the fourth amendment of the Bill of Rights from unreasonable search and seizures of our private property, by the government!   How can those in favor of this law justify the seizure of our pets which are not running loose and are not a threat to anyone or property? Also, why should we have to license our dogs if they are up to date on important vaccines and are not allowed out of our yard to go on public roads and or property? If we keep our dogs inside the yard and on a leash when we walk them, we should be exempt from the licensing law!  Our dogs and cats are our property and like members of our families!

Health Risks Will Increase – The loss of local breeders will result in increased importation of pets, thereby increasing the number of sick or unhealthy pets entering California.  Dogpounds and animal shelters will eventually have to lay off all those people they hired to handle the overload, as all the ‘fixed’ dogs and cats pass away.  We should not be blamed for the lack of responsibility that some owners  of dogs and cats do not possess!  Veterinarians will also see a steady decrease in profits, unless they receive kickbacks from local government to go along with this evil scheme.

Costs of Pet Ownership Will Increase – California’s poorest  residents will be hit the hardest when the price of pets increases along with the cost of owning a pet. AB 1634 could result in the doubling of pet sale prices and will result in much higher costs for licensing and mandatory sterilization.  One of the pleasures in poor peoples lives and that of their children was being able to own dogs and cats.  Having pets teaches  children responsibility, compassion, and love. All of my relative’s past and present owned dogs and cats.   In later years elderly people derive great comfort from their pets.  If this law passes poor children and low income elderly will not know the joy that owning a dog or cat can bring.

Vast Sums of Money Will Flow Out-of-State –AB 1634 eliminates California’s hobby breeders of purebred cats and dogs. As a result, Californians will have to get their expensive purebred pets from out-of-state breeders. That alone will result in several hundred million dollars spent in places other than in California. In addition, the loss of dog and cat shows will cost the state another $100-200 million per year.  You will no longer be able to purchase little mixed breed puppies and kitties  in California at all.  They will be extinct!  The loss of mixed breed puppies and cats which are just as intelligent as pure breeds, more affordable and often have less health issues will be a loss indeed!

Tourism Will Suffer – Non-Californians will  risk confiscation of their family pet while traveling in California.  Non-residents who show their dogs and or cats, will not risk attending a California dog or cat show with their unsterilized animal. All these visitors will go elsewhere. Disneyland will lose business and dog and cat shows will disappear.

AB 1634 will cost law-abiding dog and cat owners  $1,000,000,000 from fees, fines, vet bills, etc! And it will jeopardize the health and welfare of many Californians, a cost that is immeasurable.  Broken  hearts from losing their pets that to them are members of their families! There are better solutions, many of which are already working in California. Shelter turn-in’s and euthanasia rates have been dropping for over a decade.  Progress has been made in many counties, such as Kern County, where in the seventies and eighties, it was common,  for as many as 60,000 to 80,000 animals being put to death every year!  Some years more! And in 2006, around 7,000 dogs were killed and around 8,000 cats were killed  Why, such a reduction?  Because law-abiding citizens have taken their duties as pet owners more seriously than ever before.! Most refusing to own a pet unless they have a fenced in yard to keep it in. AB1634 is a solution in search of a problem that is already being well addressed by existing laws and responsible adults who resent the governments intrusion into a problem that they already solved! If there is a problem don’t make responsible pet owners and breeders pay for it! Petfood companies will see a huge drop in business in California if AB 1634 passes!   In a very short time petfood manufacturers will pray that other states don’t try something as horrific as mass genocide of the vast majority of dogs and cats. Write to the suppliers of your petfood and let them know what California is trying to do. Please vote against AB 1634, a horrendous, costly and dangerous proposal.  Contact your representative and assemblyman to let them know how ridiculous this law is as soon as possible. Let this be something that each individual city works on together, without the State getting involved in it.  We’re not children and we do not like to be treated as such. That is why they wrote the Constitution in the first place, to protect us, the American people.  The fourth amendment is protection against unreasonable searches and seizures of our private property!  Please law-abiding citizens let your voices be heard. Here are some possible solutions:

1.  Abandon mandatory licensing of dogs that live behind fences or indoors. Most of these fenced in, or indoor pets never get out of their yard or home.  Encourage dog and cat owners to get a fence up if they don’t currently have one.  Fences are for most dogs, like seat belts for humans.

2.  Instead of killing healthy animals have the dogcatchers take the animals they find to the Jails and or Prisons to be cared for by inmates who qualify.  The ones who are not adopted  should be allowed to live their  life in Prison, under the supervision of caring hands.  This is an excellent idea as many inmates go for years not seeing dogs or cats.  When the inmate gets out and is making it on his or her own then let them have the animal they most bonded with, if it isn’t already adopted. The Prison could sponsor a inmate craft fair and Carnival and pet adoption day of healthy, mostly unneutered and unspayed animals. I would be willing to send the Correctional Institution 75 cents a day to “Save the Dog and Cat” program.  Non-violent inmates would not get to care for the animals.  Divide the health care of the animals between all the Veterinarians.

3.  Each Citizen of the U.S. of A,  who have puppies to give away or sell should consider doing background checks on the person or persons who want to buy it, unless, of course, you know the person (s).   Do they have small children?  Have they been taught to love animals? Go see if they have a fenced in yard, if not then they must have a child gate  installed that they can’t jump over.  Encourage them to have a family Vet. And if your instinct says something is wrong follow Your instinct.

4.  Many families have collars on their pets with their pets name and their owners name and phone number on the tag. Some people have microchips implanted into their pets with the same information..Most of the supporters of AB 1634 want ‘everyone’ that owns a dog or cat to put a microchip into it.  This is something that should be decided upon by the owner of the dog or cat, because many people do not like the idea of implanting a ‘numbered chip’ under the skin, for religious reasons. My father fought in WW11, for our freedom.  AB 1634 along with Animal Control wants to take away our freedom and our control of our own pets.  It invites random searches onto our property and homes.  What’s next? Our children?  Visit c.a.s.p.i.a.n. founded by Katherine Albrecht and look into her book written by her and Liz McIntyre; visit YouTube and google: Would you like a chip with that hotdog

5.  This bill AB 1634, as of June 6, 2007, fell short in a first vote in the Assembly.  It picked up only 37 of the bare-majority 41 votes it needed to move to the Senate on an initial roll call.  The author of this horrific bill is Lloyd Levine, D-Sherman Oaks. Assemblyman Michael Duvall, R-Yorba Linda, pointed out that the bill would force breeders and other pet owners to pay “extortion fees” to get exceptions under the bill.  Look for leaders who respect our fourth amendment rights like Mr. Duvall does. Join PetPac also. Let your representatives know how you feel and your Vet, and don’t forget to pray.  AB 1634 was pulled but they are set to retry again in January 2008.  Right now they are compelling all Animal Control  in California to inforce the mandatory microchipping and spay and neuter program by promising to give them a huge grant after they pass their nightmare ordinances against Man’s Best Friends, ‘Dogs’ and Cats, which to their owners  are their Best Friends!   Visit PetPac and see what Huntington Beach is trying to do on November 5, 2007  A nightmare, and I hope some of those people are awake down there.  Kern County Animal Control is Out of Control.  They have no compassion for dogs but a ton of it for money! Their agenda is to eventually, force even registered dog breeders out of business.  Their fees to stay in business are doubling and in some counties tripling, and ironically some major dog breeders were the ones that wanted all ‘Other; dogs that weren’t registered gone so that you would be forced to buy from them and pay their extreme price for a puppy. Out of the way of their profits for good, and what better way than to just get all of the mixed breeds, mutts, heinz 57' spayed and or neutered, thereby insuring that in years to come if you wanted a puppy you would be forced to pay the breeders extremely high fees! On February 20, 2008, at 2700 M Street, 6:00 PM in Bakersfield, California  they (Animal Control or should it be People Control) are hoping to pass a horrific ordinance, among many on their agenda, that if a person owns six pets, they must allow a mandatory inspection, once a year, or whenever they want, of their  yard and interior of their home.  They will be required to keep perfect records of their pets.  If one gets sick or died or they acquired another pet without letting Animal Control know about these things, they could possibly be arrested, and will be charged with a misdemeanor and all of their pets will be confiscated, and they will not get them back unless they agree to pay for microchipping, spay and neuter of all of their pets, and pay all the fines that will be leveled at them.    In Kern County the vast majority of pet owners are low-income and they live paycheck to paycheck.  Do any of you remember when a interview was done with a former burgler?  They asked him, what can someone do to protect their home from being broke into, and he replied: Get a dog!  He said if he heard a dog barking he would not even consider trying to get in that home.

6.  Microchipping Animals is not about Animal Control, it is about People Control.   They will  have a hard time coming up with the amount of money required to get their pets back, and will have to let Animal Control keep their pets.  If they are not adopted then they will be killed.  Microchipping your animals is not about locating them, it is about locating you.  The radio-frequency-identifying-device it contains, not only has your animals personal number, but also information about you.  The cell phone towers pick up the R.F.I.D. and transmit that information up to he GPS in the sky.  No where to run, no where to hide!  The powers that be can’t hardly wait to get them on you and I., But back to the subject.    Can you see how this will lead to more animals in Kern County being killed?  Please, if you  believe you are a free American, and you want your fourth amendment right to be honored, and if you still believe you have freedom of speech attend the meeting that night.  You will not be alone there as there will be others who feel just like you and I do. If you want to visit the Animal Control website it is www.co.kern.ca.us/acd . Also, if you have a computer you can go to infowars.com and research their findings on the microchip, that is a glass encapsulated cylindrical tube about the width of a grain of rice and the height of a dime that can contain your medical and personal history, your checking and savings account number, and that Diane Sawyer commented that they hope to have it implanted into everyone by the end of 2008!  Visit antichips.com and tumors linked to microchips. Dog Politics has a lot of information as well..

Again the meeting is going to be at:   2700 M Street

Breaking news!  As of Friday February 1, 2008 the L.A. City Council approved a Mandatory, Spay and Neuter of ALL dogs and cats in Los Angeles City and County. Peta was there, along with Bob Barker from The Price is Right show applauding the City Council on!  Horrendous!, and will result in far more pets being killed, and of course, Genocide of American Law-abiding- dog and cat Owners pets, in less than 20 years.  Mexico will take up the slack as the demand for chihuahua’s and other dogs and cats is still there, only now millions more will be smuggled in.
